Pricilla Horn

Priscilla Horn is a national-and-Florida state-certified trial paralegal.

She joined the STAR chapter of RWA in June of 2004, and participated in the 2004 Summer Workshop, 2004 Annual October Retreat, and the 2005 BBA Workshop to improve and enhance her romance novel-writing skills.

She was elected STAR Treasurer/Membership Director from 2005-2007, earned her PRO Pin from RWA in 2007, and continues to stay active with the STAR Chapter.
