I began playing the piano at age three. I literally learned to read music before I learned to read the written word, so it is little wonder that I find inspiration from the music I listen to. In my mind each of my characters has a song or artist that is associated with them and as their music plays, my mind‘s eye creates an inner universe in which they are the inhabitants. There are times my fingers can’t fly fast enough over the keys to capture the thoughts in my mind. I will be eternally grateful to the talented artists who have provided me countless hours of inspiration in my private world.

In the real world, I live on the Space Coast with my supportive husband of more than twenty years. We are the proud parents of one child, a son, who is our pride and joy. Completing our home is a Boxer dog, who though lovable, isn’t exactly the sharpest crayon in the box.
